TitanBases is a Vietnam-based technology solutions and engineering company and an Advanced Tier partner in the MongoDB Strategic Partner Program. Its MongoDB work spans Enterprise Advanced licensing and production environments, MongoDB Atlas modernization, and operational data platforms for application workloads. Search, retrieval and AI-ready data architectures are considered alongside data models, infrastructure and operations. Direct billing for Atlas customers in Vietnam is a related commercial operating-model topic. This work sits within TitanBases’ broader Cloud & Infrastructure, Data Platforms, AI & Automation and Platform Engineering practices.
MongoDB and TitanBases
MongoDB is a core technology in TitanBases’ Data Platforms practice. The partnership context is relevant, but the engineering work begins with the application: data access patterns, deployment constraints, reliability, security and operational ownership. TitanBases supports MongoDB Enterprise Advanced and MongoDB Atlas as distinct operating models within that wider architecture.
Why MongoDB Matters for Modern Application Architecture
Operational applications need data models and access patterns that can evolve with product requirements while remaining reliable in production. MongoDB Enterprise Advanced can be considered where an organization operates its own MongoDB environment; MongoDB Atlas provides a managed cloud model. In either case, application design, indexing, security, availability, integrations and observability determine how the data platform fits the workload. Search and AI-related retrieval should be evaluated against those same requirements.
What TitanBases Builds with MongoDB
TitanBases’ MongoDB work covers deployment and licensing choices, modernization, and the data architecture around live applications. The scope includes:
- MongoDB Enterprise Advanced — licensing and architecture for production environments operated on self-managed, on-premises, private-cloud or hybrid infrastructure.
- MongoDB Atlas — assessment and modernization for workloads moving to or evolving on a managed cloud data platform.
- Operational data platforms — data modeling, access patterns, indexing, security, availability and integration for application workloads.
- AI-ready architectures — search and retrieval patterns that connect operational data to application and model workflows where the use case warrants them.
- Direct billing in Vietnam — a separate billing-path review for eligible Atlas customers, with local invoicing under the applicable arrangement.

Enterprise Advanced for Production MongoDB Environments
MongoDB Enterprise Advanced is relevant to organizations that operate MongoDB within their own infrastructure and need to define the deployment environment and operating responsibilities. TitanBases supports licensing discussions and the engineering assessment of self-managed, on-premises, private-cloud and hybrid production environments. That assessment covers workload behavior, topology, availability, security, backup and recovery, monitoring, and the team responsible for ongoing operations. A choice of operating model should follow those requirements rather than partner tier or product preference.

MongoDB Atlas Modernization
MongoDB Atlas is the managed cloud option within this scope. TitanBases supports workload assessment, target architecture, migration planning, validation and production transition for organizations considering Atlas or modernizing an existing Atlas workload. The plan should account for data models, indexes, application connections, security, availability, integration and operational ownership. A move to Atlas is a technical decision based on the workload; it is separate from a change to the billing path of an existing Atlas environment.
- Assess the workload — understand applications, existing database behavior, access patterns and operational requirements.
- Design the target architecture — define deployment, data model, indexing, security and integration patterns.
- Plan migration — determine data movement, application changes and transition sequencing.
- Validate behavior — test performance, availability, data consistency and application compatibility.
- Transition to production — migrate through a controlled deployment process.
- Operate and optimize — monitor performance, capacity, reliability and evolving application requirements.
MongoDB Direct Billing in Vietnam
For eligible MongoDB Atlas customers in Vietnam, TitanBases offers a review of the current billing arrangement and a possible direct billing path. The review can use two recent billing statements and involves TitanBases working with MongoDB to compare the applicable arrangement before a customer decides whether to change it. Under the direct billing arrangement described on TitanBases’ public landing page, TitanBases provides local invoices and the underlying Atlas clusters, data and application connections do not need to move solely because the billing path changes. Any commercial terms depend on the reviewed arrangement.
This billing topic concerns procurement, invoicing and commercial operations for existing Atlas usage. It does not determine whether an organization should use Enterprise Advanced or Atlas for a new workload.

MongoDB for AI-Ready Data Architectures
AI applications need controlled access to relevant operational data, not only a model endpoint. A MongoDB-based architecture can connect application records, search and retrieval with the surrounding integration and governance layers. Atlas Vector Search is one possible retrieval component for suitable workloads; its use should be validated against data quality, access control, relevance, latency and operational requirements. TitanBases treats AI-ready data as an architecture question spanning Data Platforms and AI & Automation, rather than a claim that every MongoDB deployment needs vector search.

Engineering MongoDB for Real Application Workloads
A related TitanBases engineering insight examines MongoDB Atlas Vector Search in an eKYC deduplication proof of concept. It illustrates a specific retrieval pattern and the questions that arise when integrating search with an operational workflow. That example is one workload, not a template for every MongoDB architecture or a claim about the performance of a customer system.
Building MongoDB Capability from Vietnam into Southeast Asia
TitanBases is headquartered in Vietnam and is developing its data-platform practice for work in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. MongoDB confirmed TitanBases’ Advanced Tier approval in the Strategic Partner Program in July 2026. Its engineering approach connects MongoDB with infrastructure, application integration, AI and platform operations according to the requirements of each workload.
MongoDB Within the TitanBases Engineering Stack
TitanBases organizes its engineering capabilities across four connected domains. Cloud & Infrastructure provides runtime and infrastructure foundations. Data Platforms provides operational data, search and retrieval capabilities. AI & Automation connects models with enterprise context, applications and workflows. Platform Engineering provides delivery, observability and production operations. MongoDB primarily supports the Data Platforms layer while also contributing to application modernization and AI-ready architectures across the broader stack.
What Advanced Tier Means for TitanBases
Advanced Tier identifies TitanBases’ participation level in the MongoDB Strategic Partner Program. It is useful context for the relationship, but it does not establish that a particular architecture, migration or AI workload has been validated. Those decisions require workload assessment, design, testing and operational review. TitanBases uses the program relationship to support its MongoDB practice while keeping technical claims tied to specific engineering evidence.
Building with MongoDB Beyond the Database Layer
MongoDB can support the operational data layer of an application, whether the chosen operating model is Enterprise Advanced or Atlas. Production design also depends on application access, infrastructure, security, integrations, search and operations. TitanBases’ role is to assess those requirements together and choose a deployment and modernization path that fits the workload. Direct billing in Vietnam is considered separately when it is relevant to an eligible Atlas customer’s commercial arrangement.
