Fresher Technical Engineer — Cloud, Data & AI
Join TitanBases as a Fresher Technical Engineer and build practical experience across Cloud, Data and AI technologies. This role is designed for early-career engineers who want to develop toward a customer-facing Solution Architect path. You will start by supporting technical research, solution documentation, architecture notes, labs and customer engagements, with initial exposure to MongoDB, OpenAI and cloud platforms. You are not expected to know everything from day one. We are looking for strong technical fundamentals, curiosity, structured thinking and the ability to learn quickly.
VND 12,000,000 – 15,000,000 gross / month, depending on technical foundation and interview assessment.
OVERVIEW
Join TitanBases as a Fresher Technical Engineer and build practical experience across Cloud, Data and AI technologies. This role is designed for early-career engineers who want to develop toward a customer-facing Solution Architect path. You will start by supporting technical research, solution documentation, architecture notes, labs and customer engagements, with initial exposure to MongoDB, OpenAI and cloud platforms. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support solution research and technical preparation across Cloud, Data and AI technologies.
- Assist with architecture notes, technical documentation, diagrams and solution proposals for customer engagements.
- Participate in technical discovery and customer meetings, initially by taking structured notes, documenting requirements and supporting senior engineers.
- Build hands-on labs, demos and proof-of-concept environments using technologies such as MongoDB, OpenAI APIs and cloud platforms.
- Support MongoDB-related technical activities, including basic architecture understanding, Atlas configuration, data platform concepts and customer requirements.
- Support AI solution development and evaluation, including APIs, enterprise RAG, AI agents and workflow integration under guidance.
- Learn and follow TitanBases engineering practices around security, reliability, observability and production readiness.
- Work with technology partners and internal teams to collect technical information, documentation and implementation guidance.
- Continuously build technical knowledge through labs, vendor learning paths, certifications and internal knowledge sharing.
REQUIREMENTS
- Recent graduate or final-year student in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related technical field.
- Basic understanding of at least some of the following: cloud computing, databases, APIs, networking, Linux, software development or AI/ML concepts.
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
- Strong willingness to learn new technologies and work across multiple technical domains.
- Good analytical thinking and ability to organize technical information clearly.
- Basic communication and documentation skills.
- Comfortable asking questions, researching unfamiliar topics and learning through hands-on experimentation.
- Able to work full-time on-site in Hanoi.
- Exposure to AWS, MongoDB, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, Git, Docker or Generative AI is a plus, but not required.
- Personal projects, university projects, labs or technical certifications are considered an advantage.
