How do you determine marketplace markup?+
The applicable commercial difference is account-specific. TitanBases and the MongoDB account team review your current arrangement using recent billing information before presenting a comparison.
Who issues the invoice for Vietnam customers?+
TitanBases provides valid local VAT invoicing for Vietnam customers under the applicable direct billing arrangement.
Do I still receive local support?+
Yes. TitanBases provides local commercial, billing, and account coordination throughout the engagement.
How is FCT handled?+
MongoDB handles the applicable FCT obligation within the direct billing commercial arrangement; it is not added as a separate FCT charge to the customer.
What is included in the 2.5% service fee?+
The total comprises a 1.5% foreign currency conversion and banking component and a 1.0% TitanBases service margin.
How long does the transition take?+
Timing depends on the current billing route, account review, and contracting requirements. TitanBases will coordinate an appropriate transition plan with MongoDB.
