TitanBases is an AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner in Vietnam. Its AWS practice developed from Select Tier to Advanced Tier in approximately 90 days, with work spanning cloud foundations, modernization, resilience, automation and production operations.
From AWS Select to Advanced Tier
TitanBases entered the AWS Services Partner path through Select Tier and then progressed to Advanced Tier as its technical capability, customer activity and partner operations developed. The progression took approximately 90 days and became an early milestone in the development of TitanBases’ Cloud & Infrastructure practice.
AWS describes Advanced Tier Services Partners as organizations with a strong team of trained and certified technical individuals and proven customer experience. TitanBases treats that definition as context for the partner relationship, not as a substitute for workload-specific architecture assessment or production validation.

What TitanBases Builds on AWS
TitanBases builds and operates AWS environments around workload requirements, resilience, security and day-to-day operating needs. The work spans cloud foundations, application platforms, migration and modernization, resilience architecture, infrastructure automation, and observability.
- Cloud foundations — landing zones, account and environment structures, identity, networking, logging and baseline controls.
- Application platforms — compute, containers, Kubernetes, APIs and scalable runtime foundations.
- Migration and modernization — workload assessment, target architecture and controlled migration toward modern AWS environments.
- Resilience architecture — high availability, backup, disaster recovery and recovery planning.
- Infrastructure automation — Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD integration and repeatable provisioning patterns.
- Observability and operations — monitoring, telemetry, incident readiness, capacity and cost visibility.

How We Approach AWS Cloud Engineering
TitanBases approaches AWS engineering as a delivery and operating discipline: assess the workload, define an architecture, build or migrate in controlled increments, validate the result, operate it in production, and optimize as requirements evolve.
- Assess — understand workload, security, resilience and operating requirements.
- Architect — define target-state foundations, interfaces and controls.
- Build & Migrate — implement repeatable infrastructure and controlled workload transitions.
- Validate — test reliability, security, observability and operational readiness.
- Operate — support production workflows, incidents, capacity and change.
- Optimize — improve efficiency, resilience and maintainability as the workload evolves.

Advanced Tier as an Engineering Milestone
TitanBases treats Advanced Tier as a capability milestone rather than an endpoint. The value of the progression is measured through stronger engineering practice, clearer operating discipline and the ability to support production workload requirements over time.
Supporting AWS Partner Enablement
Beyond its own progression from Select to Advanced Tier, TitanBases has also supported AWS partner enablement activities for organizations such as VSEC as they developed their AWS partner capabilities. This statement describes support activity and does not imply that TitanBases determined, guaranteed or solely caused any partner tier outcome.
Cloud & Infrastructure Within the TitanBases Engineering Stack
The AWS practice sits within TitanBases’ broader engineering stack. Cloud & Infrastructure provides foundations and runtime environments; Data Platforms supports operational data and retrieval; AI & Automation connects models with enterprise workflows; and Platform Engineering supports delivery, observability and production operations.
- Cloud & Infrastructure — cloud foundations, networking, identity, resilience and runtime operations.
- Data Platforms — operational data, integration, search and retrieval capabilities.
- AI & Automation — model-enabled applications, agents, RAG and workflow automation.
- Platform Engineering — Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, observability and production operations.
